I’m glad you’re here. Have I mentioned that? This is the first time I’ve created merch, and I appreciate your excitement. If you're looking for more information on how this works, you're in the right place.

What size should I order? 

The size chart on the page for each product will be your guide to finding the right fit.

What is the return/exchange policy?

All items are final sale at this time. We are not able to accommodate any returns or exchanges. Thank you for understanding!

When will my items ship? 

Items will begin shipping around December 16. You’ll receive an email once they ship. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally. Please note that international orders are final sale and are subject to import duties and taxes that are the recipient's responsibility. You can check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.  International orders take 10 - 20 business days for delivery. We recommend selecting USPS International Priority or USPS International Priority Express shipping for international orders, which includes tracking and insurance.

The store is not responsible for lost packages or uninsured packages shipped via USPS First Class. If you refuse a shipment from the store, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import duties, fees and/or taxes incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your refund. 

Please note that Australia and New Zealand have been experiencing service disruptions with USPS. You may want to select another shipping option to avoid those delays.

I wasn’t able to get the item/size I wanted. Will you be doing this again?

The honest answer -- I’m not sure! I’ve had questions about merch for years (!) but this is all completely new, so TBD on future merch.
